We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location a little off the city center was perfect for us as it provided a peaceful and relaxing environment. The service was top-notch, with friendly and welcoming staff who made us feel right at home. The room amenities were excellent, with air conditioning, a mini-bar, a sitting area, and a dining table. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The breakfast offered here was truly outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were friendly and highly professional, and the freshly made omelettes, fruits, and great coffee were a delight. We also appreciated the free parking in front of the hotel and the trendy cafe nearby. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that exceeded our expectations.
In terms of cons, there were no negative aspects to mention. We would highly recommend this hotel to families and anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I found that the towel Bars were to high in the bathroom. I miss having the option to have a bath /shower, I had a message and I am use to a deep message requested that and it was fair. The breakfast was great . The front staff was pleasant . I would highly recomend this hotel but not the message. Oh the restaurant was very good but there was only one server and he had to manmey customers to serve.

Relaxing, comfortable, sauna, excellent breakfast, helpful staff. In fact, I liked it so much that I changed my travel plans and booked another night at the end of my trip to Slovenia and Hungary.
A little way out of town, but a taxi should cost only 6 Euro or 1.10 on the number 21 bus.

The breakfast had a wide variety of sweet and savory options, including fresh fruits. The location was great for me, being close to a beautiful park where I could go for a nice jog after work. I also appreciated the free parking on the premises.

Location was good for skiing and the breakfast was decent. the staff seemed friendly. It was great having a fitness center on the premises and the on-site parking was convenient.
The hotel lacked basic amenities such as a refrigerator in the room, and the walls were extremely thin making it difficult to sleep with the noise from neighboring rooms. the room was chilly and not adequately heated, making it extremely uncomfortable on the cold winter nights.

The hotel has a good location near the shopping facilities. the rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are clean. the staff is friendly and always willing to assist. the breakfast is decent with a variety of fresh fruits and spreads to choose from. the fitness center and sauna are very well equipped.
The hotel is situated in a busy area with a lot of noise coming from the street at all hours of the night.

The hotel lacked any real holiday spirit. There were no special events or activities for guests during the Christmas season.
